1. Shipping
SU ships to selected international destinations. Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery windows are confirmed when your order is accepted.
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation and quality inspection
- You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched
- Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing
2. Delivery times
Standard delivery typically ranges from 5–15 business days depending on destination. Bespoke or made-to-order pieces may require additional lead time, which will be communicated before purchase.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or differs from what was confirmed, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
4. Returns & refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of luxury leather goods, returns are accepted only for unused items in original condition with tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
- Sale or personalised items may be final sale and non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once production has begun on a bespoke piece, cancellation may incur a fee proportional to work completed.
